The auction in being coordinated by Capital City Restaurant Supply.  All descriptions & conditions indicated are deem liable, but not guaranteed.  Capital City Restaurant Supply is responsible for scheduling inspection and pickup times.  The collection & disbursement of all funds, including but not limited to sales tax, buyer's fees & payments are sole responsibility of Capital City Restaurant Supply.  They are solely responsible to provide Titles, Bill of Sale and other documents to the Buyer with respect to items purchased.

On the auction CCRSupply.auction is solely acting as a marketing agent.

Payment Terms

Cash, Cashier's Check & Bank Wire only. No personal or business checks

CCRSupply will accept credit cards.  There will be a 4% handling fee for credit cards purchases.

Any transaction over $9000.00 must be paid for with cashier's check only.

Please make all cashier's checks payable to Capital City Restaurant Supply.

All cashiers checks will be verified by the Financial Institution they were drawn on.

No Items will be released until entire invoice is paid in full.

The sellers do not provide transportation or shipping services for buyers to remove their merchandise.  Any and all methods of towing and/or hauling, as well as all other methods or requirements for the removal and transport of the equipment, is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
